Washington Township police along with the Attorneys Generals Office of Alcohol Beverage Content (ABC) conducted a joint investigation at Krauzser's Food Store on East Mill Road in Long Valley, police said in a news release.
Police said they had received from complaints from residents the business was selling alcohol to minors, officers said.
The store's owner was charged with sale of alcoholic beverages to a minor, while a juvenile was charged with purchase of alcohol by a minor, police said.
ABC will continue to investigate, police said.
